Finalists announced, with VPS Security Services making a record 5th appearance in a row

Now in their twentieth year, the IFSEC Security & Fire Excellence Awards has consistently broken new ground in highlighting the very best people, projects and processes that the security and fire sectors have to offer.

One of the leading security specialists in the UK, VPS Security Services, have been shortlisted for a record 5^th year in row, this time in three categories – Customer Care Initiative, (which they have won over the last two years), Security Installer of the Year, and their Guarding and Alarms Manager, Jose Rosa, for Security Manager of the Year.

“Our staff focus is on delivering to our customers the best fit-for-purpose security solutions, over and above their expectations” says Tom Acland, VPS Security Services Managing Director. “So it is a great honour that they have earned the recognition from their peers too, in the security sector’s most important Awards event. The company has won many accolades in recent years including contribution to raising standards in the security sector, customer care, installer and security project. This year they have also won recognition for their innovative Intelligent Traffic Management Solutions in the Transport Technology Awards, TransTech.

The winners this year will be announced at a gala evening at the London Hilton Park Lane, on 20^th November, where two charities will also be supported from proceeds.
