It is a smart digital lock box that eliminates key handovers on site and gives you complete control to provide and track all access property remotely on a cloud-based platform.

The patented technology of the Smart Lockbox utilises an easy-to-use smartphone app*, allowing access for only authorised users and removing the code management security issue of mechanical key safes. Each key safe can only be opened by specific app users who have been granted permission to access a particular site.
One-day temporary access codes can also be generated for single or emergency access to a Smart Lockbox, providing superior flexibility and access whenever it is needed.
Dedicated Smart Lockbox cloud-based management portal enables users to easily grant and revoke access, see who has visited the property, when, and for how long, and set up text and email notifications that are sent to allocated contacts every time a key safe is opened.

How does the Smart Lockbox work?
- Each service provider uses the app on their smart phone to enter their unique PIN code (similar to a bank card PIN).
- As long as they have been authorised to open the lockbox and the PIN is correct, it will allow them to access the key from the Smart Lockbox, providing an additional layer of security for both the client and service provider.
- The details of the visitor are logged on the Smart Lockbox web-based Management Portal – making it easy to verify visits have taken place.
The Smart Lockbox can additionally be provided with Geo-Fencing technology. This innovative feature helps authorised users return the keys before leaving the property.
