Every security professional assigned to a VPS contract is required to hold the appropriate SIA licence and meet our strict compliance requirements before they can be scheduled for an assignment. All personnel are appropriately vetted, trained and qualified for the role they perform, with comprehensive audit trails maintained throughout service delivery to support quality, accountability and compliance.

Using a “Security by Occupation” model, carefully vetted Property Guardians live in vacant properties, providing a visible, round-the-clock presence that helps deter unauthorised access, vandalism and antisocial behaviour, while protecting the long-term value of the asset through the early identification of issues such as leaks or damage.

A: Every security patrol, inspection and keyholding activity is digitally recorded, providing a complete audit trail of the services delivered on your site. Our security officers check in throughout their assignment, with patrols, inspections and any required actions logged through our digital reporting platform. Where appropriate, this includes time and location stamps, photographs, incident reports and observations, creating clear evidence of the work completed. 

Customers can access this information through our reporting platform, giving near real-time visibility of site activity and completed tasks. If a scheduled patrol or service requires attention, our operational teams are alerted so it can be investigated promptly. Regular performance and compliance reporting can also be provided in line with your agreed contract, giving you complete transparency and confidence that your security requirements are being delivered.
