A: Every monitored alarm, sensor or video analytic event is received by the VPS Monitoring Centre, where trained operators assess the alert using live video and intelligent verification technology. By helping to filter false alarms and identify genuine threats quickly, we can support a fast, proportionate response in line with your agreed escalation procedures, whether that’s notifying your team, coordinating a response or contacting the emergency services where appropriate.

With real-time communication between connected devices, threats can be detected, verified and responded to quickly, while complementing your existing site safety measures and physical security.

Depending on the solution and site requirements, systems can often be delivered on the same day or next day, before being commissioned, tested and connected to the VPS Monitoring Centre to help protect your people, property and assets as quickly as possible.
