Role Title: Internal Sales ExecutiveDepartment: UK&I - Sales
Location: Chadderton
Reports to: Sales Director UK&I
This is a high-impact internal sales role focused on driving new business revenue and maximising existing customer value. You will take ownership of outbound engagement, inbound lead conversion, upselling, cross-selling, and account development - all with a fast-paced, target- driven environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Core Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Proactively generate new revenue through outbound calling, marketing campaign follow-up, and inbound lead conversion
- Identify and action upsell and cross-sell opportunities via inspection reports, RVRC activations, and business insight tools
- Use VPS Detect insights to proactively advise customers on risks and propose tailored solutions
- Retain revenue by managing contract renewals and handling cancellation requests with strong retention proposals
- Account Management
- Build and develop relationships with existing customers
- Understand client property portfolios and forecast future spend
- Maintain strong run-rate performance across accounts
- Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Manage pipeline and quotations accurately using CRM systems
- Maintain full product and service knowledge to deliver tailored solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and revenue targets
- Proven internal sales or account management experience in a KPI-driven environment
- Strong outbound calling and new business development skills
- Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Working knowledge of CRM (Dynamics preferred) and Microsoft Office
