Since October 2024, we are proud to hold Category 1 (CAT 1) monitoring accreditation, reflecting our continued commitment to delivering robust, compliant, and resilient remote security monitoring services.
Category 1 accreditation is awarded to organisations that operate their own fully compliant monitoring centre, with audited systems, defined operating procedures, and trained monitoring personnel in place. Maintaining this status demonstrates that our monitoring operation meets recognised industry requirements for system resilience, alarm handling, incident verification, and escalation.
For our customers, this accreditation provides clear reassurance that their sites are monitored by a trusted, independently assessed provider operating to the highest industry standards. It confirms that alarms are handled consistently and professionally, with clear processes in place to support rapid and effective responses when incidents occur.
Holding CAT 1 accreditation also enables us to support a broader range of customers, including those operating in regulated or high-risk environments where accredited monitoring is a requirement. This allows our customers to deploy security solutions with confidence, knowing their monitoring partner is fully compliant and capable of meeting both operational and regulatory expectations.
