VPS are pleased to announce the appointment of Tim O’Gorman as Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for VPS Group, to be based at their new head office in Borehamwood, with effect from 25 July 2011.
Tim joins VPS from his role as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Luminar Group Holdings Plc, where he provided advice on all legal and regulatory matters affecting the group as well advice to the Board in relation to all Corporate Governance issues.
Prior to this, Tim was Group Commercial Counsel to The Carphone Warehouse Group and a Solicitor for Ashurst Morris Crisp.
Tim is qualified in Company, Company Secretarial and Commercial Law, and played professional cricket for Derbyshire from 1987 to 1996.
