Risk profiling and trespass management security when properties fall vacant

VPS is sponsoring two training days this November, on 7th and 21st, for the Association of Property & Fixed Charge Receivers, known as Nara.org.uk.

VPS’ Strategic Development Manager, Nicola Reeves, is speaking at the Brighouse event on Trespass Management, Pre and Post loss solutions, and Risk Profiling.

VPS provide a host of solutions to protect and manage vacant properties that are in administration or receivership. Most of the top practitioners in the field number amongst their clients.

Our vacant property inspectors undertake security risk assessments and highlight the areas that require attention, to ensure compliance with their clients’ insurers’ code of practice.

“Our security teams have a lot of experience and expertise in the field that we’d like to share.” Explains Nicola Reeves. “We were involved with supporting the administrators after the collapse of the City Link parcel courier. Instructed on 30th December to protect the premises and their contents, by close of play on New Year's Eve, VPS had secured and alarmed 51 depots across the UK, from Edinburgh to Exeter.”

Their handling of the project won VPS an accolade at the IFSEC Security and Fire Excellence Awards.
