New property services ‘Super-Portal’ launches

A new, powerful property services management portal, ‘VPS Insights’, is being launched by VPS, the UK market leader in specialist property services. It provides fast, comprehensive, real time data on status and service delivery for each of the 30,000 properties managed and protected by VPS, and will be exclusive to their customers.

The easy-to-use dashboard structure includes a risk assessment tool, and will even highlight any increase in localized crime levels. The portal has been created as a result of a year’s project management, over 5,000 hours of development time, a six-month’s client pilot run and an investment of £250,000.

Designed and built in-house, the portal was continually developed in partnership with customers during the six month pilot. Property managers can access data via a PC or tablet, drill down for more information, and update their clients with summary reports.
