VPS has extensive experience in providing appropriate solutions for all types of vacant properties. Dependent on the community the property is situated, the solution may simply be an alarm installation with weekly monitoring; however, in high risk areas steel doors and shutters may be employed.
Where university halls of residence and MOD residential homes are undergoing refurbishment, VPS secure the properties allowing the time sensitive refurbishment to continue without incident. If the vacant property is an office block with car park VPS have a number of solutions, including concrete barriers, bollards and perimeter fencing, to prevent travellers entering the site and to reduce fly tipping.
