Chris Bates, CFO VPS Group
Chris is VPS Group CFO and has financial and operational responsibilities for VPS’s various businesses around the world. He has over 20 years’ board experience at CFO, CEO and CIO levels within complex international organisations, undergoing significant change.
Prior to his appointment as VPS Group CFO, Chris was Deputy CFO at VT Group Plc. His work within the Engineering, Technology, Support Service, Contracting and Manufacturing sectors has seen him develop an impressive record in instigating and delivering significant commercial benefit through periods of rapid change. At the same time, he has also developed considerable experience in acquisitions and disposals, including target identification and due diligence, as well as post acquisition integration and optimisation.
